Rosendale-Brandon School District

Building for the Future

The Rosendale-Brandon School District is investing in its future through a major expansion at Laconia High School, which includes upgrades to the high school facilities and a new middle school addition. The project expands student access to STEM, music, and art programs by sharing resources across grade levels. This one-story, multi-phase development balances immediate needs with long-term improvements, creating modern, functional, and secure learning environments for both students and staff.

MUZA’s Scope

MUZA manufactured and installed 22,531 square feet of exterior product to help deliver a durable, high-performance façade that blends with the existing facility while introducing an updated look.

The exterior systems and finishes include:

  • MUZA MZ-2000 System
    • Classic Bronze
    • Pueblo Tan
    • Shamrock Green
  • MUZA Flashings and Trims
    • Classic Bronze and Pueblo Tan
    • Shamrock Green (Custom Color)

The MUZA Advantage

MUZA led the way by proposing cost-effective system options and simplifying multi-product custom colors to reduce the overall budget to help keep the project on track.  These solutions delivered the same desired aesthetic with reliable performance, creating a cohesive exterior that supports both current construction and future phases, while reinforcing school pride through a custom color palette—a win for the entire team.

The Result

From new cafeteria and expanded classroom spaces to upcoming phases that include a secure front entry, office space, and expanded gym/locker facilities, this project represents more than updated buildings. It’s a commitment to safe, inspiring spaces where students can thrive for generations, strengthening both the school and the Rosendale-Brandon community.
