After nearly a decade of planning, the new Village of Windsor Municipal Building has become the centerpiece of the town center, positioned both literally and symbolically at the heart of the community. As Windsor is also home to MUZA’s second location, this project held special meaning for our team. The two-story facility supports Windsor’s revitalization goals and provides new meeting and gathering spaces that residents have described as a true “game-changer.”
MUZA’s Scope
MUZA installed 50,809 square feet of exterior product, from the metal roof to wood-grain details, crafting a clean, modern look that establishes an inviting civic presence while balancing warmth, contrast, and long-term durability.
The exterior systems and finishes include:
- 16” on Center Metal Roof Panels
- Dark Charcoal
- Soffit and Wall Panels
- Light Fir
- Soffit Panels
- Dark Charcoal
The MUZA Advantage
This project required a polished finish across highly visible public-facing details from roof lines to soffits and wood-grain accents. MUZA’s installation expertise helped ensure clean transitions, consistent alignment, and an exterior built to perform through Wisconsin weather year after year.
The Result
More than a building, the new municipal center strengthens Windsor’s commitment to connection, accessibility, and public engagement. After more than eight years of planning, it stands as a milestone in the town’s growth. Now serving as a welcoming place where residents come together, supported by durable materials and thoughtful craftsmanship designed to stand the test of time.
