Located in the heart of downtown Madison, Bakers Place is a 14-story landmark that helps set a new standard for sustainable, people-focused design. As one of the city’s first large-scale mass timber developments, the project blends innovative construction with a strong emphasis on tenant health and wellness while pairing modern urban living with environmental responsibility.

The MUZA Advantage
This project exemplified true collaboration, with MUZA working closely with the architect, owner, and general contractor from the outset to review materials, design options, and colors – ensuring all selections met the owner’s vision, design intent, and budget. The full-façade installation required precise, coordinated execution, achieving consistent alignment, clean detailing, and high-performance systems engineered for long-term durability. MUZA’s manufacturing and installation expertise delivered a refined exterior that enhances the building’s architectural character while addressing the demands of a high-rise, mixed-use environment.
The Result
More than a building, Bakers Place is a model for the future where innovative design, wellness, and sustainability intersect. MUZA’s craftsmanship helps ensure the exterior performs for the long haul while reinforcing the architectural vision behind this transformative downtown Madison project.
