Howards Grove School District

Expanding Spaces for Modern Learning

The Howards Grove School District recently completed a two-story addition designed to support modern learning needs. Built over roughly two months, the project delivers updated classrooms, small group rooms, and flexible learning areas to better accommodate a range of teaching styles. Interior improvements also include upgraded study furniture, mobile work zones, and enhanced music storage creating a more functional, student-focused environment.

MUZA’s Scope

MUZA manufactured and installed 3,152 square feet of exterior products, using a blend of systems finished in MUZA’s Colors of Innovation for a clean, cohesive, contemporary look.

The exterior systems and finishes include:

  • MUZA MZ-2000 System
    • Gray Mica
  • MUZA MZ-Plank Fascia
    • Gray Mica
  • MUZA Flashings and Trims
    • Gray Mica

The MUZA Advantage

This project also used MUZA’s Plank System in place of traditional 24 gauge break metal for the fascia. By using MUZA’s Plank Fascia, the project benefits from a rigid ACM system that requires no channels, eliminating oil canning while providing crisp, consistent lines and a polished, cost-effective façade.

The Result

With modern exterior and interior spaces built for flexibility and comfort, the Howards Grove addition represents a meaningful investment in students and educators supporting learning today while planning for the future.
