North End Apartments

North End C is a mixed use building with residence on the upper floors and retail at the street level located in Milwaukee near the Bucks new stadium. The building is clad from top to bottom with single skin, fiber cement, composite and soffit panels. The single skin is an exposed fastener McElroy 24ga Mini Rib panel in a bone white, patricia bronze and a custom jute brown paint finish. The fiber cement is a Nichiha panel in an exotic red, peacock, cedar, and bark finish. The soffit is 12” flush panel in a color to match the fascia.
